How the work is checked
What happens to your plan, and how a fix is tested before it goes live.

A person at LOJIK reads each saved plan within one business day and sends a price set for your business, with ways to pay. If we're not the right team, we tell you.
In writing. No calls needed.
Your answers, our questions, the price and the progress all happen in writing. You never need to get on a phone call.
Tested on a real example.
Before a fix goes live, we run a real example through every step with your team, including the unusual cases, and fix what falls short.
A person sets what it may send.
A person approves the wording and the rules before a fix sends anything, and unusual cases go to a person.
Proof that we ship
We run our own products in production.
Intertitle is a film app made by LOJIK. It is live on the App Store in English and Spanish, with a new release in September 2026.

No “trusted by”, no client logos we don't have, no invented metrics. If a claim is on this site, it maps to something checkable.
How we handle your data
When you save your plan, it and some of your recent messages go to LOJIK's lead database. The site writes to it from its server, its public key can neither read nor write it, and at LOJIK only the founders read what's in it.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to diego.gonzap@wearelojik.com.

Security basics
A private lead database
The site's public key can neither read nor write it. The site writes to it from its server.
Every change is checked
Every change to the site runs type checks, linting, the automated tests and a dependency security audit.
Deleted when you ask
Nothing deletes a plan on its own yet, so we delete it when you ask.
