How LOJIK handles your information
What the site collects when you use the conversation, save a scope or contact LOJIK; who processes it; how long it is kept; and how to have it deleted.
This notice is a draft that LOJIK is still reviewing. It describes what the site’s code does today. Product analytics runs only when configured and allowed by your browser choice.
What you send
Your draft stays in this browser tab. When account saving is configured and you choose Save, LOJIK stores a pending copy in its separate client accounts project and asks Supabase Auth to email you a sign-in link.
The scope. The pending copy contains your chosen answers and your messages still visible in the recent conversation, not the assistant's replies. It also contains the server-derived estimate and assumptions, name, email, a random submission ID, and the privacy notice version you accepted. The estimate is not a firm quote.
How you found us. When you save, we privately keep a general indication of how you found LOJIK with the scope, such as search, an AI answer service, or unknown. It comes from your browser's reported first visit and may be inaccurate. We do not add the full referring URL or campaign text to the account record. The LOJIK team receives this indication only when you explicitly submit that scope version for review or consent to sharing it for an eligible paid Workflow Review. Saving alone does not send a review request.
Verification. The email link opens a same-origin confirmation page. Only a verified, confirmed email matching the pending recipient can attach the scope to an account. A failed email delivery leaves the pending copy available for an exact retry.
Contact forms. Other contact forms still send your name, email and message to LOJIK. They remain separate from account saving.
Please leave out passwords, account numbers, government identifiers and anything else you would not put in an email.
The assistant
When available, a typed message may go to Anthropic with up to six earlier messages and the page or product you came from so it can write a reply. Anthropic processes that text. Saving to an account separately stores the bounded conversation state described above.
Quick choices can work without an AI request. The assistant cannot submit a scope, contact anyone or commit LOJIK to work.
Who processes it
Vercel hosts the site and receives ordinary request information such as IP address and browser details. Supabase hosts the separate client accounts database and email sign-in service. Its configured email sender delivers the sign-in link. The existing lead database and Resend founder notification path still serve other contact forms. Anthropic processes optional assistant messages. Optional PostHog measurement is described below.
Measurement
Measurement is on by default, and you can turn it off below. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control turn it off automatically.
Once LOJIK turns on PostHog, the site counts page views and a fixed set of steps, such as starting a conversation, seeing a scope and sending a form. Your browser sends these events to LOJIK’s own server, which strips them before passing them to PostHog: they carry no name, email, phone number or anything you typed, and page addresses lose any query. The server does not pass on your IP address, and no location is looked up. Your browser never loads PostHog’s code.
Each event carries the random identifier for this browser tab and the channel your visit came from, such as search, social or an AI assistant. When you send a form, one more event carries that identifier and the submission’s own identifier, so LOJIK can see which pages led to that submission.
Two other counts use the same switch. Vercel Web Analytics, when enabled, counts page views by page path. And when enabled, the site’s own server logs record the same fixed steps with no identifier at all.

How long we keep it
Pending scope. A pending account Save expires after 24 hours. An operator runs a deterministic cleanup command to remove expired pending rows. Claiming a scope removes its pending scope text and estimate immediately; the recipient and retry metadata remain until the 24-hour cleanup.
Owned scope. The account keeps immutable scope versions and the privacy notice record until an operator handles a verified deletion request. Signing out does not delete them.
Browser. Your draft and pending retry receipt use this tab’s session storage. Account authentication uses secure, HTTP-only cookies on private pages. Clearing site data removes local browser copies but does not delete a server account.
Other systems. Lead rows, founder email, Auth records, service logs and backups have separate retention or deletion processes. Anthropic handles messages sent to it under its own practices.
Your choices
To ask what LOJIK holds about you, request a correction or begin deletion, email diego.gonzap@wearelojik.com. We verify the request and handle account, lead, inbox and backup records according to their separate processes; a response will state what was completed and what remains.
Sending a form does not subscribe you to marketing, and the site runs no advertising trackers.
Changes
When this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
