How LOJIK handles your information
Share only the business details needed to explain the workflow. The live notice inside your mapping session shows the exact provider, location, and retention period that apply to that session.
What happens at each step
Your mapping session
We use the business context and workflow details you choose to provide to create your initial system plan. Do not provide passwords, credentials, account numbers, government identifiers, or unrelated personal information. Starting the session does not save the plan or subscribe you to marketing.
Contact and emailed plans
When you submit a contact form or ask us to email an initial system plan, LOJIK uses the name, email, and business details you provide only to deliver the requested message or plan and reply. Email delivery is handled by Resend and routed to the founders' Google Workspace inboxes. We do not enroll you in marketing. To request deletion or ask what is retained, email diego.gonzap@wearelojik.com.
AI processing
Before AI processes an answer, the live notice shows the service provider, processing location, and retention period. Your answers are not used to train the model. If those terms change, we show a new notice before continuing.
Saving your plan
Saving is optional. We use your email only to verify the request and send a secure link back to the plan. Saving does not enroll you in marketing, and each saved plan is kept separate from every other client plan.
Files you choose to add
After you save and verify a plan, LOJIK may ask for a file that helps an expert answer a specific question. Before upload, we show why it is needed, who can access it, where it is processed, how long it is kept, how it can be deleted, and whether AI may use it.
Expert review
A LOJIK expert reviews a saved plan only when you request it. The expert recommendation may lead to a build, a smaller fix, a referral, or no build. The recommendation itself is not a proposal or delivery agreement.
Deleting saved information
When you request deletion, the saved plan shows progress across the systems that stored the information. If a record must remain for a legal or audit obligation, we identify it instead of saying everything was deleted.
