A bill to replace

Can one custom workflow replace my form builder, dashboard tool and CRM add-ons?

Often yes, when each of those tools does one narrow job for you. A form builder such as Typeform or Jotform, a dashboard tool such as Looker Studio or Metabase, and a CRM add-on can be replaced by one workflow that collects the information, stores it once and shows the numbers you actually use. It is worth considering when you pay for several of them, the data sits in separate places, and someone moves it by hand.

What each tool does in practice

  • A form builder collects answers and hands them to something else.
  • A dashboard tool shows numbers that live somewhere else.
  • A CRM add-on patches a gap in the CRM, such as a missing field, report or reminder.

What one workflow looks like

The form lives on your site or behind a link. The answers go into one record. The record starts the next step, such as a message, a task or a row, and the dashboard reads from the same record. One place holds the truth, so nobody exports a file and pastes it somewhere else.

What stays outside

Keep the CRM itself and your accounting system. The workflow connects to them. It does not replace them, and it should not.

Checks before you decide

  • Export your data from each tool and look at it.
  • Count how many people touch each tool every week.
  • Write down the steps one lead or one request goes through today.

How LOJIK approaches it

Describe the steps as they happen today and list the tools involved. LOJIK's plan shows what the one workflow would do, what it connects to and how long it takes, and a person sets the price from the bill it would remove. If keeping the tools is the better answer, LOJIK says so.

When LOJIK is not the right fit

LOJIK is probably not the right choice if:

  • You use only one of these tools and it works.
  • You rely on the vendor's own integrations, reports or compliance features and could not do without them.
  • Your team edits the forms every day and wants to do it alone.
  • Your forms need specialist design or testing features that a dedicated form tool is built for.

What working with LOJIK costs

Start with a free plan on screen. A person then sends a price set for your business, and nothing starts until you approve it in writing.

  • The plan: free

Describe the problem and the plan fills in as you answer: the fix, what it includes and how long it takes.

  • Workflow Review: USD 1,500

For when you are not sure what to fix. One week on one task, ending in a written recommendation: build the fix, change how the work is done instead, or stop. If you go ahead with the fix within 30 days, the full fee counts toward its price.

  • Sprint: from USD 5,000

A scoped, priced, finished system built around how your business works. A person sets the price after reading your plan and gives the reason for each line.

  • Operate (we run it for you): a monthly plan per live workflow

LOJIK keeps the finished system online, watched and fixed, with small changes included. Optional, and you can cancel any month.

Prices are in US dollars. Companies in Mexico pay IVA on top.

How the work is done

What you can count on, whichever door you come in through.

  • You approve every quote.

A person at LOJIK sends a written price with the reason for each line. Nothing starts until you approve it.

  • A person answers.

Send your plan and a person at LOJIK replies within one business day. If we are not the right team, we tell you.

Questions

Will my team still be able to edit the forms?

That is decided in the scope. A workflow your team edits needs an editing screen, and that is part of the plan. Say who needs to change what.

Does LOJIK replace the CRM?

Usually not. Usually the CRM stays and the add-ons around it are replaced. If the CRM itself is the problem, the plan says so.

What happens to my old data?

Moving it is part of the plan. You should be able to export it from each tool, and the plan names what moves and what is left behind.

How much does LOJIK cost?

The plan is free. A Workflow Review is USD 1,500, and the full fee counts toward the fix if you go ahead within 30 days. A Sprint starts at USD 5,000. Operate, where LOJIK runs the system for you, is a monthly plan per live workflow. A person sets the final price for your business, and you approve it in writing before anything starts.

Product names belong to their owners. LOJIK is not affiliated with them, and they are named only to say what they are.

Describe the problem. See the plan.

It takes about 3 minutes on screen, and a person at LOJIK reads it before any price.
